Processing Time

  • All orders require 2 business days for processing before shipment.

  • Processing time does not include weekends or holidays.

Shipping Time & Rates

Standard Shipping (3-5 Business Days)

  • Shipping times do not include processing time.

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

International Shipping

  • We currently ship to select international locations.

  • International shipping times vary based on location.

  • Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes.

Order Changes & Cancellations

  • Once an order has been placed, we cannot make changes or cancel it after processing begins.

  • Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout. For changes in address please email @shopspreehair@gmail.com within 24 hours of order date.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

  • Spree Hair is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered.

  • If your package is delayed or lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier for assistance.
